What does Flow cost?

The price depends on scope and operating model: number of templates, document volume, cloud or on-premise. Instead of list prices, we give you a solid estimate for your specific case in an initial call.

How long does implementation take?

That depends on the complexity of your templates and interfaces. A first test environment is available quickly; we roll out production step by step rather than forcing a big bang.

Can we migrate our existing templates?

Yes. We analyze your existing output landscape and move templates into the Flow block model in a structured way. Migration consulting is a fixed part of our support.

Do business teams need programming skills?

No. The designer is built so that business teams design templates without code. Content is directly visible, and you set display logic by click. You only need developers to connect Flow to your systems.

How is Flow operated and secured?

You choose between cloud operation hosted in Germany or on-premise in your own infrastructure. Transmission is TLS-encrypted and operation is GDPR-compliant. With on-premise, you retain full data sovereignty.

Is there a test environment or demo?

Yes. In a 30-minute demo we show Flow against your use case. On request, we then provide a test environment where you can design for yourself.

Can Flow be embedded in our software?

Yes. Via the REST API, you generate documents directly from your product, multi-tenant and white-label under your own brand. For software vendors, that is one of the main use cases.
