The studio behind Flow
Behind Flow stands Kominal, a software studio with roots near Cologne, founded in 2016. We build digital products with real substance instead of producing slides.
From more than ten years of project work with insurers and banks, we know the demands of regulated industries, grown in projects for large enterprises as well as mid-sized companies.

Nepomuk Crhonek owns Flow's product vision and its technical execution across the entire stack — from AI-driven document logic through frontend and backend to infrastructure. As a full-stack AI engineer he combines strategic product work with deep hands-on delivery, driving Flow from the first idea into production.
Marc Schröder
Product Owner & full-stack developer
Marc Schröder founded Kominal in 2016 and brings more than ten years of experience in software development. His technical focus is on TypeScript, Angular and Java, with long-standing experience in projects for banks and insurers. At Kominal he owns the strategic direction, the technological vision and the ongoing development of Flow.

Product Owner & full-stack developer
Marc Kramer combines solid development experience with more than six years in the insurance industry. His technical focus is on TypeScript, Angular, Java and Python. As Product Owner he owns the ongoing development of Flow, from the roadmap to delivery in the development team.
Eric Schröder
Authorized officer | Finance & tax
Eric Schröder brings a background in business administration together with experience from auditing and tax consulting. At Kominal he supports the team on all commercial matters, from accounting and taxes through compliance to the commercial management of the group.
